Yes after moving my old sims 4 folder to the desktop I am able to play in a new save, but still cannot load the household I previously made

Is the household in your library? Can you upload them to the gallery so I can download and test them in my game please.@Bluebellflora yes I just uploaded them to the gallery, and my gallery ID is the same @jasmineclark082.

I tried to move your family into a lot from the map screen and just got the eternal loading screen. I can see you had CC installed but the household wouldn't place for me in a new clean Sims 4 folder. It may be that the household is corrupted. I believe you could try and remove members and see if the household loads but I'm moving your thread to the Game Issues forum for better help. It is not a Mac issue.
