Sims not in world not showing in manage households

I used to be able to see all households and suddenly I can’t see sims that are currently homeless. Wtf happened? I need to be able to evict and move sims and right now I cannot see any sim that I move out. Stupid neighborhood stories have messed up my households and now I can’t even move sims back in because they vanished and I can’t see them in manage households. Can you fix it t!!!!!

Also why neighborhood stories is so fixated on families and multisim households instead of singles. It keeps messing up families instead of building lives of single sims.
