Sims not interacting

My sims aren't able to interact. I have 5 sims within the household, including 2 young adults, one toddler, one infant, and one cat. Everyone can interact with one another but the two young adults. I click on one of them as I'm playing with the other, and the pie menu doesn't even show up. They will interact with one another autonomously and can interact with the others in the household as well as their environment. I do play with mods and I'm wondering if it's bugging due to a mod, or if it's a bug within the game.

  •  I am having the same issue and believe it to be a mod but I do not have any broken ones based on the Mod Detector and Better Exceptions. I have ~8,000+ mods so removed them all and adding in several at a time. It is a long process, but I am committed to identifying which one is causing this issue.

Remember if you are having issues and want to ensure it is not a mod causing the issue, you can test your game to determine if it is a Mod by disabling the mods to see if you still have the same issue.

Hey! I believe I got mine working finally! For me, it was only married sims that couldn't interact, and when the pie menu didn't pop up, Better Expectations scanned it and told me it was the Expanded Woohoo mod by Lumpinou and the Adultlife mod by Lumpinou! After I took them out my sims could finally interact with one another! If you have either of those I'd recommend trying to remove them!

  • @flqrxl Both are working. Your issue is most likely that you didn't have all the same version for your RPO mods. You can check the installation instructions at Lumpinou's Patreon.
