sims pass out

Exiting the wardrobe (CAS) after using the Plan outfits or change sim interaction causes townies wandering the area to pass out on the ground and my garden plants growth progress to reset from fully grown plant to dirt mound but keeps their evolution progress. The townies passing out is causing issues because the mail carrier was a victim of this bug, I used the wardrobe to change my sims shirt as the mail carrier was heading to my letter box to drop off my bills, she never made it to the letterbox before my sim reached the wardrobe, this caused her to pass out on my front lawn. Even though she didn’t reach the mailbox and has been passed out in my front yard for many days I keep getting notifications that my bills are overdue but when I go to pay them by the phone of mailbox it does not come up with the option because the mail carrier never put them in my mailbox

all sims that have fallen victim to this bug also repeat the passing out animation every time i exit the wardrobe
