Sims randomly changing into different outfit without being prompted?

I have this strange little bug going on where sims will randomly change into a different outfit in the same outfit category as the outfit they had just been wearing (usually). Fx, my sim got married ...

Could you share your mod-list? (Specifically script mods) I think I have this issue too, my Sims keep reverting to the first outfit of any category when they zone, when the game loads, etc. If we compare, finding the source could be very quick.
