Sims randomly fighting?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Eco Lifestyle, Seasons, Spa Day, interior Decorator, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In any social gathering two sims will start fighting, it happens randomly and with sims that either don’t have a negative relationship or a relationship at all. My sim has had automatically also the bubble of fight this person when talking to a sim, and she was in a good mood and friends with the person. Also none of these sims are hotheads or any trait like that.
What happens when the bug occurs? They fight.
What do you expect to see? They shouldn’t fight.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last one with the Bantu knots.
