At first I thought it might've been my loading screen mod or that I put in a wrong file to my mods folder at some point but then I realized that it had been working just fine when I downloaded my loa...
@Fallinback Have you tested "vanilla" to find out if it's a mod? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
Then head to the lists in Broken/Updated Mods & CC .
