Sims still ageing too fast

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ageing too fast and needs bar issues
What happens when the bug occurs? all the time
What do you expect to see? Sims need bar should be green when ok not green and low, the red bar is not coming very often anymore.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. this only started after the High School patch.
Sims still continue to age too fast. Even with MCC Commander centre mod and manually changes the ageing time frame. The needs bar is still an issue not working correctly, sims still dying from starvation when we dont even know they were starving. The last update says these were fixed, but they are not. The only other mods i have are hairs, makeup and objects.
