Sims teleporting around, game not saving

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except paranormal, journey to batuu, and majority of kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's no matter where/how I play but for some specifics, normal life span, I have two sims and a cat.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims aren't walking to where they need, they just teleport. So for example, they're supposed to get out of bed and walk to the fridge, get out their food, and walk to the table. Instead, they get out of bed, teleport to the fridge and get their food, teleport to the chair, and sit down. I also have a secondary issue where my games aren't saving consistently anymore. No matter how many times I save or if I save and quit to menu or save and quit the app. It will randomly just choose to not save, and it looks normal so I don't know until I load up the game and realized I lost a ton of progress in my save. Not sure if the two are connected. I am playing on a random new save file since I didn't want to mess with my other files because of the other recent bugs. But now these bugs are showing up too.
What do you expect to see? Sims walking/moving to where they're supposed to. Normal animations rather than them teleporting around the lot. And for the possibly related secondary issue, the game saving every time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @macarother Did you delete the localthumbcache file and move mod settings file you might have in the saves folder to the desktop ?

    Teleporting has been reported as possible issue with cc bed, maybe phone mods.

    @macarotherTo begin with repair your game/clean install. Then start fixing your mods. Here's a list of problems that I had to fix with my game when this was happening to me.

    The biggest thing is that your XML injector is broken if you haven't updated it (and assuming you have one). This is the mod that makes the vast majority of script mods work correctly, like careers and certain traits (Besides, basically all trait mods have to be updated but that wouldn't cause your problem).

    Make sure that MCCC and UI cheats are updated.

    Also if you have any cc beds make sure to install the batch fix for them,

    as well as the batch fix for all CC clothing marked as trendy (which is any cc created/installed after the update) it keeps the game from saving and causes a whole host of problems.

    Other common problems are any animation mod that interacts with the bed, like the cuddle mod, and other such mods that start with "w." If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it.

    Also, any mods that alter lifespan, phones, the CC wrench icons, traits in the reward menu, and event mods, will all cause you problems and should be fixed/deleted/updated. (Though I doubt they are making your sims teleport)

    Once done, repair the game, and delete the localthumbcache, then create a new save. If this works, check old saves. If they aren't fixed I've had limited success with dragging them out, launching, then putting them back. If none of this works, I have no idea and would probably need a mod list.
