Sims unable to use fridge

Question

Hi, I just built a house with moveobjects on and lots of clutter. So, when my sims were complaining that they couldn’t access the fridge, I naturally moved stuff out of the way. However, even when I put the fridge in the middle of the room and even outside with nothing surrounding it, my sims will walk right up to it and then just complain that it’s inaccessible when I try to have them interact with it. And another weird thing is that one sim had a bowl of yogurt all of a sudden but I didn’t see him interact with the fridge at all.

The kinda same thing happens with the dishwasher except they don’t complain, they just walk up to it and then walk away even tho I commanded them to put the dish in it lol

I have a lot of cc and mods so I’m going to check if any more need to be updated and do the 50/50 method. But I was curious if anyone has experienced this, I haven’t found anything exactly like it online.

I had the same problem. Mine was that the fridge was intersecting with an picture that was on the wall. I also found it was intersecting with the wall. I turned off MOO and set the fridge normally to where it detects if an object is obstructing the placement. Once I did that, it worked with no problems. Lastly is you have more than one fridge on the lot make sure they both are set right. I find when I click on one fridge that the sim sometimes go to the other fridge. So they are connected.&nbsp;

i have this too a lot of the time! usually i just use “go here” to make them walk right up next to the fridge and THEN have them go to grab food which sometimes works, or i’ll just take the food out of the fridge and put it in their inventories &lt;/33&nbsp;

Thank you for responding, it’s just that it won’t work even if I put the fridge in the middle of the room :/ so I don’t think anything is interfering with it but I’m going to try to turn off MOO all together and see what happens. I appreciate your help 🙏🏻&nbsp;
