Sims wearing all the same weird outfit at festivals

Different outfits that were all brown. My sim kept her navy work clothes on.

the festivals have different themes. sims wear pinks and whites to the romance festival, brown earth tones to the spice festival, geek outfits to the geek con etc. They don't show up in cas in these outfits since there is no festival category. It's not a bug. If you don't like it you can download mods to change it. Otherwise there is no way I know of to change it.
