Sims wearing shoes when showering/bathing

I play on PC. My game version is 1.109.207.1020 and launching it with DX9. I'm not using any mods in my game right now.

A few days ago I noticed that my Sim wears her shoes when she gets inside the bathtub. I've tried changing outfits to see if it happens with all of them, as well as other sims in the household, and all of them wear their shoes inside the bathtub and also in the shower. I've attached two screenshots of my game that show them wearing shoes.

When I had MCCC in my game, I once had an issue with my sims wearing shoes when they shouldn't, such as in the shower, bathing, or when they would turn into werewolves. But I knew that that was because of the mod. This time around, my game is completely vanilla and they're presenting the same issues.
