After my infant sim aged into a toddler, they are completely invisible in CAS. This has never happened to me before so I’m quite confused. (I do have CC and very few Mods but they are all up to date and none are broken) I’ve repaired the game, deleted mods I thought may have interfered, and still no luck.
The only way to be sure that none of your CC or mods is causing this -- that none are actually broken -- is to do a "vanilla" test using these instructions:
Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
I did it and the problem still occurs, I’m assuming it’s definitely an EA problem
brookie_beanz It's not one I've seen reported. Try doing a Game Repair in the EA App (if you use Steam, there's a similar function there) and, in game, do a "save as" on that save.
