Sims won't come onto retail lot
Every time I open my store for business, the customers that appear show up at the empty lot next door. They mill around on their phones on the sidewalk, they never enter the store. I can not approach...
No ice freezer, mannequins, or anything like that. Just shelves and plants and a bookcase. By soft opening I just meant not open for very long lol, it was a five hour thing just to make sure it worked. I actually figured it out and am embarrassed to admit I had the door locked 😭😭🤣🤦🏻♀️ I'm removing this post or turning off comments if I can, thanks for the help though!
