sims wont do certain things

What i mean by my sims wont do certain things i mean that when i try and put them to bed that sleep right back out of the bed and when they try to take a bath or a shower and my MCCC said that something wasn't right and i went to go check i don't understand what needed to be deleted/moved from my mod folder and i try to make it easier for myself by using the pretty error call stack and it didn't help me and when i looked at the command center last exception summary from today it said in the error message" NisaK/adult mod/tuning/situations can some one help me please?
