Sims wont interact with animations that require to hold an item

Im playing with every expansion pack except star wars and to rent, and have just recently got the growing together pack. I am playing with mods.

I have since the growing together pack got the bug that when I want my sim to do an interaction that requires to hold something/someone, they will reset and just wont do it.

I got myself some new cc before I started the pack, but have deleted any sliders, or anything that changes the body.

does anyone know where the problem lies?

@Willow_Fee Many, many things can cause that, unfortunately. Your best option is probably to confirm it's mods (do a vanilla test) then if needed a 50-50 of your Mods folder. You might want to go through Broken/Updated Mods for recent updates, but I don't know of any in that list that were causing this.
