sims won't start up

Hey guys, i have a ton of cc, when i tried to start the sims, it just wouldn't. I disabled all my cc and the sims does start up, but when i enable the cc again it won't start up again. i disabled all the script mods but that doesn't help, anything i can do? i'm on windows
