Sims4 Get to Work Expansion - Notebook doesnt show on mobile phone in every care

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cool Kitchen Stuff, Dine Out, Get to Work (promotional bundle purchased on march 2020
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the game, select any get to work career, go to phone to find notebook and it doesnt show.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't move up in career.
What do you expect to see? The notebook icon on the top of the phone when my sim is in a get to work career.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
As you can see the sims have the detective and police careers and the notebook doesnt show.
