sims4 laughing but can't play

Hi, so I recently updated my sims4 I can open the game but once I press resume and it goes to the different cities I click on the one my sims are located it doesn't let me play it just goes right bac...

my sim cant seem to pee since the last update
i have mccc.. updated that... and still it cant pee. i have the latest version of all my other mods. anyone else have the same problem? my sim sits on the toilet bowl, then stands lol

Iconc Issue
When I open the game my sims icons are all messed up and it does show my sim is home. I've cleared the cache and repaired the game multiple times, but nothing seems to be helping.
