Since the latest update... Unsolvable glitches sims 4
Help me if you can.. Ever since the update witch put scenarios on my computer I have had a ton of problems. 1st - When I go to work (cop in Get to work expansion) the bar in the top left hand corner witch tells you your daily tasks is no longer there. Rather it is replaced by a squished down version that looks like a heart monitor that has a timer wheel that keeps circling indefinably..... If I remove all mods its ok again. If I even put one mod ie a hair style, in it comes back... 2nd - keeps telling me a script file isn't there when it is.... I looked... and before you ask yes it is the most current version of the mod, only hours old. Mods make this game playable. there is a reason why its called vanilla. (bland, homogenous, dull) and it took me ages to tweak the look and game play of this thing to my liking. Without mods Sims 4 just looks and feels flat and offers little real life challenges. Cant tell you how much time and money I've invested in this thing and every time you &$(^$(&^%& at EA give us another useless add on I have to spend at least a day reinstalling and working out the bugs. This isn't my first rodeo.. yes I deleted the local thumbs cashe and even took advice and deleted the options ini. and yes I clicked the appropriate custom content and scripts box in the game options menu. Yes I installed my mods slowly and then sat through endless loading screens to see that in all cases the problem persisted and yes I even went to my Origen page and did repair. Witch did nothing The only way it works is if i have no mods at all installed and who wants to play a game as boring as that, Any advice because I am very frustrated with it all and with the hours and hours of waisted effort becoming invested a character who now is a shadow of their former self. Was playing beautifully before this fucacta update. Anyone else have the same problems?
