While the UI cheats mod does need updating, It's not a mod problem. It's a bug in the new UI.
I tried it on a new scenario save with no mods, completely clean, wiped cache files and it did the same thing.
I'm not sure yet if it does it on ALL UI's that have that task list but it was broken at least in the Detective career I just tried:
@Psychotps yes there's a bug report for that part but OPs looks different (more UI Cheat issue like) and no one else has posted a picture.

The problem I’m having is the text name for gallery an game options says text and there’s a bubble that says ending soon gonna post pics I’m stumped an pissed been trying to figure out the problems idk what else is happening and when the big white screen is up I can’t get out I have to force quit each time .. help
