Skill bar and thought/speech bubbles messed up/bugged out

I recently had downloaded a few new mods into my game and when I logged into my save file to play, I noticed that the speech/thought bubbles and the skill bar for when my sim was cooking for instance...

edm4405​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
