Skin Tones not working. Everybody is pale white

My skin tones are not working. I thought it was just my melanin Sims turned white but while playing I’ve noticed that my Caucasian sims also look more pale. When I go to CAS, their original skin tone...

Are you using any mods/cc?

I moved my Mods folder and my Sims are back to normal so now I just have to comb through my CC since it wasn’t the mods.
