Skins detail tab not showing up

My skin details tab is not showing up in CAs it only shows up if I make a new game with a whole new sim need help?

    In your second pic earlier, the whole face category wasn't there which would mean cas.fulleditmode wasn't on. Can you double check the cheat code you're using for your current Sim? Use it in Live mode before you go into CAS to plan outfit.
