SNB mod question? UPDATED please help? what am i missing?

The tray folder is for buildings. Any file ending with .package goes into your Mods folder.

Once you download SNB, you should also download the premade lots, and extract them into your Tray file. I made the same mistake, first go-around.

I downloaded the bank lots made by Kate Emerald from the gallery and everything showed up correctly. You do have to follow SimRealist instructions on how to set the lot, because if you don't it won't show up correctly. I had a bit of trouble setting it up because the lot reverted back to residential. It took a couple of times to get it right. Did you set it for generic lot and then add the Sim National Bank Lot Trait?

ok so i have the bank on a generic lot i have the snb trait all the bank employees are there!BUT when i click on each of them and it says "request assistance..." my sim seems to talk to them but then NOTHING, nothing happens with all of them! what am i missing???

I am sorry that I am not able to help. I don't have any idea what your issue is. Perhaps you can go to the mod creators discord and ask for help from the mod creators.
