social menu not showing

So I've ran across this problem before with my social menu not showing when i click on another sim and I forgot what the solution was. Not really trying to take out all of my mods to see what the problem is here so if anyone knows of any mods that are conflicting with other mods as of now please let me know. I'm going to try to figure out what happened since it was just working last night. I downloaded a few mods and they were working with my game as well last night but I tried playing now and nothing is showing. I deleted the mods I recently downloaded as well and it is still not working. please help

    @idontmccall i found the solution. for some reason katiemods are conflicting with mods in my game and i had to take them out.

    Have you figured out any other options? I’m currently having this problem and I tried taking out all my cc

    @RonEmski Many outdated mods and CC can cause this. To check if it's a mod or CC, make sure you follow all these steps: Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
