Hi I've had this problem before and unfortunately, I don't remember the mod I had to remove to solve this problem but it seems that the social menu doesn't show up anymore when I click on my sims. I've removed my mods and put them back one by one because of a previous problem but I have no clue what's going on this time. Please help.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
I have done that as well and it was still doing the same thing. I even updated and repaired after removing localthumbcache.package cause others said it solved it for them but for me nothings changed.
And your mods folder is empty? Did you try with a new game as requested.?
I took out my mods and it was still doing it. Then I tried taking out my cc and it seems that something in my cc is causing the problem but I'm not sure what.
I thought it would be some cc beds but I already removed the bed cc so slowly figuring it out.
