Solved (hopefully). Restaurant trouble - help needed

The 4th night trying to find the culprit was successful :) It turns out that drink fountains and/or buffet tables from the Wedding pack can not be on a restaurant lot. I thought they were food related so I never guessed they would make the lot impossible to load. I so wish the game would provide a warning when item is placed or at least a list of bad items that exist on lot. Game should know that the lot is tagged restaurant, and it should know what items will crash the system. And it would have saved me many hours of frustration :)
