[SOLVED]Calendar out of sync - holidays overlapping and seasons starting midweek

Hi!

So I downloaded MCCC for the first time today (most recent version) and played with the settings to my liking but ever since, my current household's calendar has been totally out of sync. As you can see in the screenshot, winter starts on the Saturday rather than the Sunday now and in addition to that, Winterfest now clashes with Harvestfest as it has been moved to being in Fall now instead.

I have tried restarting my game and I know it's definitely not any of my mods as they were all fine before I installed MCCC. I'm reluctant to start a new save file purely because they are my third generation family so a lot of effort has gone into this particular save.

It isn't majorly affecting my gameplay but it's definitely frustrating! Does anyone have any solutions?

    @Phantomlover1717 It was partially to do with the mod. I think because I had adjusted the seconds and then adjusted them back again, it messed with the Seasons but I lowkey needed a new game anyway so I've started afresh now! Thanks for your help though 🙂

    Remove MCCC and check if you have still this errors.
    If this errors have disappeared, you should report it to creator of this mod Dreadpole.
    However, I also use the last version of MCCC and I do not have such errors.
    Maybe you have changed the length of the seasons?
    I don't work for EA . I'm only player who tries to help other players

    @kreatora I did change the speed of seconds in MCCC but then changed it back so it went back in time I guess, so that might have affected it. I'll try removing it though and see what happens.

    It's because you adjusted the game time speed after the save was already in progress. The only thing I can suggest, is use cheats (if necessary) and max handiness, get the weather machine - upgrade it to adjust seasons, wait for Sunday 1am (soon as it turns to Sunday) and use the weather machine to advance you to the appropriate/wanted season (any season except the season it currently is). It will straighten up your seasons and holidays. It's not really a error with the mod, it's more, you are altering the calendar thru a mod (by default, when you tweak game time speed) and EA calendar doesn't support it. 

    Do what I suggest with the weather machine, all will be right as rain. Just make sure your game time is where you want it, first, too. 🙂 FYI, Deaderpool (not Dreadpole) is the creator of MCCC. 🙂 Happy simming. 🙂

    That sounds very complicated and I've started a new game now anyway but thank you very much for your help either way!

    And I think the other person was calling them something other than Deaderpool, haha 🙂

    I have seen a tweet about this, can't find it. Where a user had changed the length of the seasons and Winterfest was in Spring. One of the gurus said they were going to look in to it.
    However your Seasons seem the normal length, so I hope it's the mod, but it could be a bug. Just so you're aware of it.

    @xoChelleJoxo Thank you! I had the scrambled calendar issue (most likely because I'd fiddled with MCCC's timing setting). Followed your instructions, and it worked like a charm! I did take two additional steps before using the machine, however: I temporarily disabled aging for all Sims, and used MCCC's pause all pregnancies option. These can obviously be re-enabled after using the machine.

    It didn't work for me unfortunately... I played a different household, cheated handiness 10. Upgraded the weathermachins and on sunday 1am I clicked "change weather"

    the calendar is still mixed up...
