some custom content not showing up

My cc has been fine until recently. I had a bunch off cc and I got back into the game and half of it was gone, the folder wasn't moved, nothing was deleted but it wasn't showing up in my game. I downloaded some more cc recently and none of that was showing up either. I think it has something to do with the amount of cc in my folder and (maybe) the resource.cfg file cant read that deep into my folder as I have quite a lot of cc. My cc only goes 1-2 folders deep.
