Some of the cheats on the Shift-Click pie menu are missing - help please!

Apologies if this is the wrong board to ask this ...

I play on PC and up until a few days ago I had the mod installed but decided to get rid of it as I wasn't using it.  It may be a complete coincidence, but after I deleted it I noticed when playing any household that a lot of the cheat options that would appear when shift-clicking on a sim have gone, most notably almost all of the options under cheat sim info eg remove and add traits and moodlets, promote or demote and upskilling or deskilling.  I've attached a couple of screenshots showing the limited options I have now.

I have done the following to try to get the full selection of cheats back but NOTHING has worked and the missing cheat pie options haven't reappeared when I shift-click a sim:

• Typed in cheats Testingcheats true as well as cas.fulleditmode
• Removed all other gameplay mods I had, which weren't many (leaving in just cas and build cc)
• Repaired the game via Origin
• Deleted the localthumbcache file

I would greatly appreciate some help with this as I use these cheats a lot so this is affecting my gameplay as well as really frustrating me!
