Some of the cheats on the Shift-Click pie menu are missing - help please!

Apologies if this is the wrong board to ask this ... I play on PC and up until a few days ago I had the mod installed but decided to get rid of it as I wasn't using it.  It may be a complete coincid...

    The cheats you have now are the standard ones. The additional cheats that you're looking for only appear when you have mods installed that unlock them.

    ETA: Many of those cheats are available through the cheat console. You can find a list of the console cheats at many popular fansites.

    Actually, most of the cheats were available to me without any mods installed. And they will work in a new save, until they dont. The kill cheats are also missing, only one is available. The game itself without any mods enables you to age up and age down through this cheat menu, but im not able to anymore.
