Stairs Connecting to Platforms have no Base/Walls

@CGrant56 Just uploaded the build to the gallery under “Casina Valadier”.

I attached another photo to show where I want a base wall under those stairs.

@evanmwogrin If you want to have a Stair with a Wall directly, you have to build the Stair without a platform.
