stargazer lounge not loading.

i saved and exited my game when my sims were at the stargazer lounge lot in san myshuno and my game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen whenever i try to load in. i tried playing a different family in the same save file and didn’t have any loading issues until i tried to go to stargazer lounge again. other save files don’t have issues either. my sims are stuck!
