Still can't launch the game with CC after 3/23 update

Even though this was supposedly fixed and I downloaded the update for it, I still can't play the game if I have CC. I even double checked that I had the most update version number. I have tried everything I could think of to try to fix it,

I have tried:

• Making a clean Sims 4 folder/Mods folder
• Setting exceptions in Windows Defender
• Updating graphics drivers
• Disabling game mod and game bar
• Forced DX9 mode
• Making a new admin Windows account

And I already had OneDrive uninstalled. I seriously don't know what I'm supposed to do at this point.
