Store/Bakery Issue

Um...what is this muckery?!? My sim owns a shop/bakery. I haven't played the shop since the new update & it is way too much to wade through trying to see if others have this issue. I have snapshots attached. My employee has been working for 6 hours, but my financial report says he has worked 135 hours, deducting my profit almost totally. Please help. Among other issues, this is terrible. Most of the reason I play the Get to Work is to EARN my sims some $$$.

    With mods & cc. I tried playing with mods/cc removed and it worked properly. I usually check my mods, that's the first thing I do before asking for help. After testing and checking mods again, it looks like it was a cookbook mod/cc that needed to be updated. I should have checked that first.
