Stove issues

why is it that after reinstall the sims cant use the stove? I had an EA rep already help assist me to uninstall digital deluxe sims4. They took the files off for me and we did together. Game does not...

I do not have any cc in my game but the stove keep getting on fire what is a smmer to do. Please help
