Strange crop top as underwear and can't be removed

I'm having a problem with a strange green and yellow crop top that I can't remove from my sims, all of them.  Whether they are male, female or otherwise, for some reason, when I try and remove the garment in CAS, I can't remove it.  It's like it's a permanent fixture on my sims.  Has anyone else had this problem? This only began happening after the July 1st update, btw. I have a ton of mods and I use **bleep** as well. I've attached a photo of the crop top for your reference.

    That looks like the Top_Crop Sweater from JenniAnneJane. Remove the jennisims_yfTop_CropSweaterBGC package. Several other jennisims tops are broken in the same way.

    Try this bugfix mod: LittleMsSam -  Other Mods - Reset Bathing Outfit (orig. by Lenire), available on her own site and on Curseforge, and cleared as compatible with patch 1.116.

    And start checking your mods to make sure they're updated or reported compatible.

    I tried the bug fix mod from Little Sam that you suggested and it didn't work.  The crop top is still there and I can't remove it.  Any other suggestions?  This top is driving me nuts!!!

    blavadinho67​ Test with no mods or CC at all, both on those Sims and others who didn't have the issue. Might be broken CC, might be a game bug. This will help find out.
