Strange rock formations blocking streets

which neighborhood is this ? Could you encircle the area on the map as well as encircle the area (in the pic) where the Sim walks in circles when you send them where ?

for completions sake could you please add tags for mod usage (if you use any or not) and your platform. Thank you.

For a while I’ve been seeing townies circling in place — they it randomly in several different lots, I’ve attached a video of one woman going round and round in Windenburg while my Sim takes a Mindfull Walk. (Playing on PlayStation 5, mod free guaranteed.)

I’ve seen such behavior in Henford on Bagley and Tartosa too, that I can recall. Never saw one of my Sims doing it, though. 

[Edit: oh!, forgot to mention the woman in the video ended up breaking free to go to the bathroom — I suppose her motive overrode the circling route.]

Sorry I just seen this but this is where the bar in ravenwood is at there are also rocks in places where rocks shouldn't be

• Are you using mods/cc
• What platform are you playing on ?
• As I suffer from heavy motions sickness, could you please provide a screenshot of the map and encircle there area where you have these ? I don't see any rocks on the street near the bar.

Yes I do use cc and mods but not in this save

Here are the screenshots shots from in game in another save there is also a rock issue in Willow Creek. I have repaired the game and reinstalled it as well.
