Stuck in Game Loading

So I updated my game a few days ago when the new patch came out. I updated my big mods as well. my game would open up and say “game cant load” and tells me to restart. so i would and even after multiple tries nothing changed. i posted about it on reddit and they suggested better exceptions. report came back and told me to remove basemental mod so i did. i repaired the game afterwards and now when it opens there’s no alert so i assumed it was fine. but i still cannot save the game, it says “game is currently in a state where saving isn’t possible”. i also cannot open CAS and i’m running out of ideas
