STUCK on the Loading Screen please help

Hello friends,

I tried to load the game but it's stuck forever on the loading screen. I try to take out all the mods and it works. but I want them. I returned them and it's the same problem. I don't have CC or CAS mods when I search for them on the file. I don't know what to do, really appreciate your help
