When my sim summons their imaginary friend, they're just a regular child sim with no costume. All the interactions work the same; they just visually don't look like an imaginary friend. I've reloaded without any mods or CC, and it still happens.
few questions:
This may not be the same issue, but DumplinSiims had this happen, and it was due to MCCC's tray import percentage being set to 100%.
