- Did you try a game repair yet ?
Hi! Yes, the texts for the other sections show up just fine. I do have a fair number of mods and CC. And I did a game repair twice with no improvement.
Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I just did that and the problem went away. I was able to access the Supervised Customer options. Do you know if there are certain mods that might be causing the issue? I'll troubleshoot to see if I can figure it out too.
