T.O.O.L. Mod issues

I am on a mac and for some reason when i upload the lot to my gallery and try to place it from my gallery, I loose all objects placed off the grid.  My understanding is it should all still be there. ...

    Nothing outside lot boundaries uploads to the gallery.
