Tabs missing

Hi, I encountered an "Error Occurred please relaunch your game". After relaunching I saw this... 

Which of these Symptoms are you seeing ? (multiple answer possible)

  • Other: Some Tabs are missing and there is another character over my Sim at the bottom left.  I restarted the game and it was gone.  I don't have any mod that would resemble that though. Please help since it might happen again.  What could that be?

On which occasions does the bug happen ? (multiple answer possible)

  • Save and reload the game

What Platform do you have the bug on ? (multiple answer possible)

  • PC - Gamepass Ultimate/EA Play

Does the bug also occur if you test a fresh new save with different Sims ?

  • No - not yet but I'm still observing it.

Do you own HSY

  • Yes

Does the bug go away if you disable/uninstall HSY ? 

  • I didn't disable HSY

Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

  • Yes

Which of these Mods are you using (multiple answer possible)

  • MCCC
  • Custom CAS Parts (clothing, shoes, hats, accessory, ...)
  • Other Custom Content
  • Other Mods - Pandasama, Ravasheen,Waronk skateboard

Where do you usually get your mods from (multiple answer possible)

  • Directly from the creator

    @KingofCrop That looks like a different issue entirely. I split your post.

    Please remove all your mods and test without them.

    Hello,

    • I removed my Mods Folder and played with the save that encountered the error then I was surprised that the family members seem to have lost their relationship with each other (see attached photo).  The second family I played with in the same save file also lost their relationship. 
    • I noticed also that I have no shift click menu for this save file and for my new vanilla game (see attached file) without the mods folder. Did anybody else have this problem?

    @KingofCrop did you have a mod in that turned on testingcheats automatically ? If you did, you need to type it in again on a new save if you removed that.

    As for the relationships, are they no longer related as they should or just the relationship bar reset ?

    @crinrict Hi, no I don't have that kind of Mod. It's just the relationship bar reset. So what I did was I deleted my saves and then Repaired my game through EA App then I placed back my backup save. Then it was running normally with the shift-click menu working again. I will have to continue observing it with MODS/CC if I encounter the same error again then it must be mod related. I will update you soon...
