There are some Dr Who cc pieces scattered around some of the Creator Studios at S4S... Design4Sims has some for sure. There's more, search a little, there are a LOT of various really cool files offered there. (Not all Dr Who, but, some is just cool and worth looking at anyway.) :)
S4S link in my sig, browse down forums for the Creator Studio, and also, the nifty plumbob "forum" above it (you'll see what I mean) will give you a page showing the latest creator uploads, if you're interested.
