- Don't really use CC - no CAS CC at least; I do have a couple of mods that are marked as CC, one that unlocks the bulletin board from the San Myshuno apartments so they can be placed elsewhere; haven't found a place in my Sims' homes yet where it will work, but I might try and make space at the library or one of my venues for it. I also have BrazenLotus' Sprinkler mod which does include sprinklers which are CC. I do use quite a few mods to enable my type of playstyle. For example, when I'm putting households from Not in World category into houses, I use freerealestate to place them, then I go in and play the family briefly to set outfits, then I'll use UI Cheats to give them a few skill points and jobs for the adults so the game doesn't stick them in the food carts or restaurants. Then I'll stick them in Unplayed Households and let MCCC take over. I also have a few mods that speed up programming, writing and painting so they don't take as long. And I have a mod that tones down the environmental buffs so my Sims don't feel so bipolar (come home Sad from school then immediately switch to Happy the minute they walk in the door) and another that lets Sims call their friends anytime and build relationship while talking.
So yeah, #TeamMods B) - Pahndamonium327 years agoSeasoned RookieMaxis Match CC (I am the self-proclaimed Wizard) but, not Mods.
- elelunicy7 years agoNew SpectatorTS4 is already good as it is. There is no need for any CC/mods.
The same can't be said for TS2/3. For starters without CC most TS2/3 Sims simply look awful . "Bananas_45;c-16356763" wrote:

CC are technically mods- Saga-Minx7 years agoSeasoned SpectatorI think more then halve of my time playing sims 3, I was actually downloading and merging cc.
Such a waste of time. That's my biggest reason that I decided to stick to vanilla this time.
I do get tempted sometimes when I see a mod like "no pets aloud on community lots", because that really irritates me.
But then somebody says you can use the low fence to keep pets out and work with that. - i played vanilla for years. mainly because i didn't want to risk causing bugs in my game. TS4 has been buggy almost every time a EP, GP, or SP comes out and sometimes just because of a patch. so i figured i have nothing to lose lol. i started using mods about a year ago. adds so much to my game that i can't see going back to playing vanilla again.
- I wasn’t planning on using cc in sims 4 as s3 died when I did but it’s far better then that and I actually don’t mind them..I mostly only do cas cc and mccc and like the pose stuff cause I like taking screenshots..
- I couldn't play the game without MCCC anymore, so definitely #TeamMods
The relationship culling thingie was very irritating. - I love using Mods/CC Why, The Sims 4 game lacks badly in color choices & items, cc/mod makers make these missing items like bunk beds swings trampolines, slides etc thus making the game better, so we can play longer ^-^
Lacks in features. Mods can bring those features, sometimes even new ones.
Mods & CC make the game better! With them I have played my Sims 4 longer.
(With Sims 2 it extends its life with mods/cc & brings more color many recolors have been made with the CEP mod)
I played vanilla for a week with all my Sims games when I first bought them I would never go back !
I am #TeamMods forever!
Also We have a Amazing Amount of very talented Modders & CC makers, Thank you to all those that make stuff for us! - Queendess7 years agoNew SpectatorMods for days! lol Though most of my mods involve something to fix an annoying aspect of the game. I also use cc to bring my fantasy sims to life.
