Teen Hurt feelings with sister in school

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure, automatically update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: all of them; Game Packs: all of them except for warewolves; Stuff Packs: all of them except for Nifty Knitting; Kits: only Blooming Rooms.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe after change the large life to normal, the kids grow up with out birthday, but there are other 4 family members and the bug does not appear, only in the high school lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? After aging up to teen, my sim twin gets hurt feelings when arrives to High School, in home they can interact and be happy. 
What do you expect to see? No hurt feeling to her sister or the hurt feeling to all the family unit
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not Sure if after the update or installing the high school expansion pack
