teens returning from school crashes and corrupts game

This has happened to me every time I have tried to play a new teen game so far.  I have most of the game packs and expansions, I don't have the decorator one or the star wars one, and I don't have most of the kits.  This happens when I use my CC and when I have it off.  The CC is just hair and outfits and a few build items anyways so I don't know why the would have affected it, but since the problem occurs with it on or off I suppose it does not contribute to the problem.  Really I don't need a response, I just wanted to inform you of this particular bug as it didn't seem to be a bug that had been already reported.  Anyways, thanks for your time.

    Could I have some images/explanations of what is meant by corruption here, and a fill-out of the report form for some more info?

    Sometimes CAS cc and build item CC can cause issues with the game. I would recommend downloading the Better Exceptions Mod. It will scan your mods folder and tell you if there are mods that are broken and can be effecting the game. You said you turned them off so I'm not sure this will make a difference but is is something to try.

    @gabster1865 Yes, I was thinking that this could perhaps be a mod and custom content issue, but unless the mod/s and/or custom content is leaving behind info in the games files after being removed, I'm not sure how it would continue affecting the game.

    Well since the game could no longer load I deleted them.  I just downloaded the patch, so hopefully it fixes it.  I will try and replicate the issue later today and if I get it again I will post a screenshot.

    @rebeccann The patch won't bring back deleted saves. Are they backed up? Is it possible to have a description of the corruption?

    I know that the saves are permanently gone.  I just remade new games with the same situation.  So far the new games I made to test it again are not crashing now that the patch has been applied, again with and without CC.  If I get the same situation again in a future game I will post it, but it may be a while.  I was only trying the teens out while the long game was not working to avoid playing my usual game.  Thanks for the help.
