So I just installed new mods, they've been working great bit whenever I change the teeth of female sims they always seem... Off. But when I change my male sims it's somehow fine? I have no idea if it's because of mods or it's a bug. Can anyone help?

This is probably mod related. I would guess from what I see in your pic that you are using a CC tongue which would be the first thing I would take a look at. But it could be something else. So, you will have to test your CC. Just move your mods folder to your desktop and start the game. Go to CAS and look at a female sim then look at her in live mode to see if the problem is still there. Do not save while you do this. If the problem is gone, then you'll have to go through your mods folder, testing everything, until you find which file is causing the problem.

if you are using forehead height slider this could be a problem. the mouth is distorted when sliding the face down from the front. you should adjust it from the side while elongating the face
